GRAND OPENING
Vive on the Park needed to separate themselves from the various new communities breaking ground in San Diego. The goal of this project was to obtain new prospective residents through lifestyle branding and showcase the new property to stakeholders. The designs are intended to be inviting, playful and contemporary, showcasing the lively vibe of the new community. This, in contrast with the customary dark palettes of high-end communities, implies an unparalleled energy.
LIFESTYLE DASHBOARD
Challenged with building a sense of community that spoke to our new energetic demographic, I conceptualized, built and launched the online Lifestyle Dashboard, www.thevivelifesd.com (I no longer maintain the website). To accompany the website, I created a New Move-in Information Flyer to be distributed to new residents upon moving in. This platform allowed residents to schedule on-site car washes, sign up for cooking classes, view fitness classes, and interact on a community forum, which catered to the engaging lifestyle we sought to craft for the community.

PHASE 2
This project was originally perplexing, due to revamping the rebranding for the second building. Using only a rendered image, stock and a photo from the previous building, I was contested with creating a stimulating and relevant design and copy. The strategy focused on the audience of those who were looking for an exciting place to move, selling a lifestyle rather than just an apartment.
